I called Corptek when my laptop would not turn on and Jeremy came to my house and disassembled the laptop down to the mainboard. He told me what each part was and how it worked in my computer. He got the mainboard out and checked the solder connections. He then soldered the connector and made me the part I had broke to make the power supply work again.
